Choose Your Own Adventure Film

A film with more than one possible ending.

What is a Choose your own adventure film?

There are choose your own adventure books. The intent and goal with these books is to have a story where the reader gets to choose the outcome of the story. The character(s) will reach a point where they need to make a decision and you, as the reader, must decide the correct path for them to take.

At minimum, your film will have 2 possible endings.

You will need to create a storyline for your film that involves getting your character to a point of decision. At that point, they will need to determine which "path" to take. It may not be a literal path, but a metaphorical one.

For example, your character may need to decide whether or not he will show up for an appointment or whether he needs to talk with a friend. Either choice will have a consequence... these consequences are crucial to the outcome of the story.

This is a storyline with many possible endings. The more complex it gets, the more difficult it becomes to plan. But! Imagine if Christopher Columbus said it was too difficult to navigate the Atlantic... where would we be now?

BEWARE! The more options you create for your story, the more sequences you will have to film and produce. The minimum you need to film is one main storyline and 2 possible endings.
