Grade 9 - We've been busy!

Students have been busy starting to learn the piano. Our goal is not to become piano experts in Grade 9 music - if that happens, great... but it's not our goal. Learning the piano is an essential tool for the multi-faceted musician. To understand many aspects of music, it is best to have a minimum understanding of the piano. ​

Also, we have begun practicing for our performances next week. Students must perform something musical. It can be sung, played, hit or made digitally. The students are responsible to create their musical number whether they are covering a tune or composing their own. No small feat! They have taken this challenge and faced it with courage.​
